Education Week

Each year we showcase education through special themed activities.

Bike Safety

Students learn bike safety practises and have the opportunity to have their bikes and helmets checked.

Birch Bay Ranch

Birch Bay Ranch has been a traditional year-end adventure for the grade 5 students at Calmar Elementary. This overnight camping trip provides students with the opportunity to experience: wall climbing, zip-lining, rappelling, board walking, archer, and horse-back riding. It is an adventure of a life time for the grade 5 students.

Fun Day

In late June, students from all grades visit stations to participate in a variety of outdoor activities.

Grade Six Farewell

Students, staff and parents gather in an assembly to bid farewell to the grade sixes as they move on to junior high.
