Introduction

Congratulations! You have been hired to create a guidebook for the local zoo. The guidebook will be used to help visitors learn more about the animals in the zoo. You will also need to provide information to the zoo about the habitat your animal would be most comfortable in.

                                             Task

You have been studying the countries of India, Tunisia, Peru and the Ukraine.  Have you noticed some very rare and unique animals live in these countries? Now you will have the opportunity to research one of these animals to learn more about it. You will also need to create a guidebook for visitors.

Big6 #1: Task Definition: What do I need to do?

bullet Choose  your country, then pick one animal to research from the list below.
bullet  Meet with other students who will be researching animals from the same country as you. Brainstorm a number of questions for each of the categories below to help you with your guidebook.
